Gershwin–Tell Me More, Lutter on piano

Our final clip is a piano roll created by Howard Lutter. He plays a wonderful piano and captures the spirit of Gershwin’s music. He starts with “Kickin’ the Clouds Away,” the dance number and then goes into “Tell Me More.” His third number is “Why Do I Love You,” and he ends with the lively “Baby.” On Thursday, we will take a look at the first major hit of Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart, called The Garrick Gaieties.
