We have come a long way since our Scotch-Irish roots started what we now call country music in America. Take a peek at the excellent video, called Road to Austin. The proceeds go to help musicians having health problems. Looking back a few years (more than I want to admit), we find Patsy Cline, a singer who I love dearly and who may be the best all around singer ever. I am including a video clip from YouTube that is taken from the biopic about Patsy. The face is that of Jessica Lange; the voice is pure Patsy. How can you not love this gal and her music?
